Marco is passionate about helping individuals, groups, and systems find clarity, uncover potential, and discover purpose. His work combines knowledge of mind-body connections with group dynamics to enhance functioning and alignment with core values. After starting his professional career as a physical therapist, he has worked as a consultant, project manager, facilitator, and researcher across four continents.
Marco completed his PhD in Psychology at the University of New South Wales, Australia in 2023. His research investigated strategies to enhance the placebo effect and the importance of rituals for health and performance. Currently, he is conducting research at the University of New South Wales on mindfulness and its impact on improving wellbeing and adaptability of international academics and students. He is also working as a Programme Manager with Exchange vzw, an NGO based in Belgium supporting Small and Medium Enterprises in 8 African Countries.
He is passionate about group dynamics and participated as a member and staff in several group relations conferences. Thanks to Intersticia's support, he undertook training in Leadership and Management at the National Institute of Organisational Dynamics Australia. In the past few years, Marco has worked as staff in the group relations conferences of the Il Nodo Group in Italy. In 2024, he assisted the administration of the Tavistock Institute Group Relations Conference.
