Marco is interested in how individuals and groups can harness their potential. After starting his professional career as a physical therapist, he completed a Masters in Organisations Management and worked in international development in Mozambique, Belgium, and Thailand.

Currently, Marco is studying for a PhD in Psychology at the University of New South Wales, Australia. His research investigates strategies to enhance the placebo effect.

Marco is passionate about group dynamics and participated in several group relations conferences. Thanks to Intersticia’s support, he undertood some modules in the Diploma in Leadership at the National Institute of Organisational Dynamics Australia.
